Changing your plans

You can cancel your reservation before proceeding with the remaining balance. Your $25 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancel through My reservation, reply to your confirmation email, or write to Kyra at twelvesaintsbox@gmail.com.

After you cancel

No remaining balance is owed and no boxes will be sent for that reservation. Your deposit will not be refunded. We keep a record of your deposit and cancellation.

Cancelling your reservation does not delete your saved name days or reminder preferences. You can manage those separately in My Saints.
